Hazel's classes have really sparked such a love for Vinyasa yoga. They are wonderfully challenging but she delivers the classes with such calm clarity that you really feel you can achieve and embrace the challenge set. I love the uplifting music which she chooses to set her classes to and the whole experience sets me up for the day. I have begun to understand how the poses work because of her clear instruction - even if my body isn't there yet! Hazel's guidance and assistance has already improved my practice and she instructs without patronising and always reminding us to work with our bodies rather than force against them. Her love for yoga is infectious and I can't recommend her classes highly enough.

Hazel’s classes are a big dose of deliciousness on a Thursday evening... her brilliant verbal cues and explanations of Asana leave you able to immerse yourself in the feeling and ambience of her classes, which are only enhanced by her perfectly selected music playlist... a true gem of a yoga instructor, her guidance will do wonders for your practice.

I’ve been going to many different yoga classes over the last 5 years or so, and was introduced to Hazel’s Vinyasa flow yoga approx 10 months ago at my local health club. I can honestly say, I’ve improved more in my practice during this period with Hazel than I have over the previous 5 years! Not only is Hazel an excellent instructor, she is a lovely person and her classes are taken seriously with an element of fun!
