These classes embody Hazel’s style of teaching. The Sanskrit root of ‘Vinyasa’ means to 'place in a special way'. Hazel carefully sequences her classes to guide students through the postures to lead them to an openness of body and mind. Music is an integral part of these classes and a great deal of attention goes into creating each class as an all-encompassing experience. She is trained to give hands-on assists and adjustments, so that you can experience the asanas as deeply as is right for your practice. Classes include meditation and pranayama (breathing) exercises as an integral part of the experience which is also often enhanced with aromatherapy and massage. Find your class
